Jean Baptiste Boyer and Maria Aurore St. Germain

 

Jean (John) Baptiste Boyer was born September 6, 1792, in Sainte Genevieve, Sainte Genevieve County, Missouri, to Charles Boyer and Marie Madeleine Maurice Dit Chattilon. His father was 39 and his mother was 24.

Maria Aurore St. Germain was born June 9, 1792, in the St Louis Upper Mississippi Territory, to Joseph St. Germain and Marie Josephine Josette Calve.

Son Charles Isaac Boyer was born on August 5, 1820, in Washington, Missouri.

 

Son Louis Derville Boyer was born on April 5, 1822.

 

Daughter Maria Louise was born on March 25, 1824, in Washington County, Missouri.

 

Daughter Mary Eleonore Boyer was born on March 17, 1826, in Washington County, Missouri.

 

Daughter Clemence Adelaide Boyer was born on July 10, 1828, in Washington County, Missouri.

Son Edouard Douratien Boyer was born on May 24, 1831.

 

Son Gregory Stephen Boyer was born on December 4, 1833.

 

Daughter Rosine Elizabeth Boyer was born on January 23, 1836, in French Village, Ste. Genevieve, Missouri.

 

Daughter Judith Boyer was born on September 10, 1837, in Old Mines, Washington County, Missouri.

 

Son Joseph Xavier Boyer was born on July 19, 1840, in Washington County, Missouri.

 

In the 1840 Census, Missouri, Washington County, Union Township, JB Boyer is in a home with a total of 6 people, all "free white." Males Under 5 (1), Males 5 thru 9 (1), Males 30 thru 39 (1), Females Under 5 (2), Females 20 thru 29 (1), and Persons Employed in Mining is 1.

 

Jean Baptiste died in 1850 in Sainte Genevieve, Sainte Genevieve County, Missouri, at the age of 58 years. They had been married 35 years.

 

Maria Aurore died Juny 31, 1883, in Washington County, Missouri. She was 91 years old.
