Making the Best of Things (Arrow Prayer)
6.12.13 Arrow Prayer: Lord, goodness, things certainly are not turning out as I had dreamed them to turn out! This has been a difficult time of reflection for me recently and, especially with Father's Day coming up, I think of my Dad who always picked up the pieces and fixed them into something that worked better, never giving up, and always having an attitude of "where there is a will, there is a way." As I am trying to adapt with the world and the way things are turning out, Lord, I ask you to guide me as I try to make the best of it, leading me as to Your Will and what is best for all. Amen.
