8/28/13 Arrow Prayer: Father, with school beginning again around the world, I am reminded of the analogy of life to a book. You never promise us all good times or all exciting times, but if I get stuck hoping for the good times or regretting pasts, I am never able to turn the page to see what the next part of this wonderful life has in store for me. Unstick my mind from thinking and make me a doer. Keep my eyes open to new possibilities, Lord, my heart open to change, my mind adaptable, and my feet ready to go.
