Lesson 73 - Light Rendering (link to comment)
This is one of my favorite tools to play with. I do hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
I am surprised that light rendering was removed from PSE12. This seemed such a staple for so many years.
You can still download it from Adobe here. It is called It's called Lighting Effects Classic.
Unzip (extract) the zipped folder (right click on it and choose Extract All)
Open the Optional Plug-Ins Win32>Plugins folder and copy the LightingEffects.8BF and Lighting Styles into the folder.
go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 12\Plug-Ins and paste (move) the files into that folder.
Start or restart PSE and the filter should be under Filter>Render>Lighting Effects Classic.
