Lesson 39 - Inked Edges

This lesson is also taught in Course 2, Lesson 13, but it applies to designing also.  For this lesson requirement, you may ink the edges of papers or an element.  As always, you may do more than one item.

Inking in Photoshop Elements is not as easy as in the full version of Photoshop, but it can be done. There are two ways, so be sure to watch both videos.
