Lesson 42 - Slides

You may think that slides are an odd thing to be making in digital scrapbooking.  However, when I first started scrapbooking, they were common in every digital scrapbooking kit.  Times have changed, but they still can be a great asset to a kit.  In this tutorial, I tried to make realistic slides, but many of the slides in digital scrapbooking kits are filled with papers to match the kit. I supposed you could do the same with these by just grouping layers or cutting the shape out of a paper and then lowering the opacity of the paper so that the texture of my slide shows through.  How advanced you do this lesson is up to you.  It could be as simple as a shape cut from a paper or as shown in the video.

My slides are available in my Etsy store.
