Lesson 46 - Scotch Tape (Cellophane)
Tape is such a classic element to include in kits, but people often forget about utilizing it. If you think about traditional paper scrapbooking, you might expect to see something taped down, especially if the glue was not holding up!
I forgot to share this in the video, so I am giving you another great suggestion to add to what you learn here in this video.
You will see two layers in the final product. On the top layer, try making small circle strokes with the brush, rather than lines, and then apply the Plastic Filter to the layer. I think you will be surprised at what a cool effect it gives!
