Filter Challenge

Lesson 4 - Diffuse Glow Filter

I really like what this filter can do for an image.  It works with the highlights in your photos and make the photo dramatic.  The "high key" photos are a current trend.  High key lighting removes the dark shadows.  High key lighting sets a joyous mood.  Low key lighting is dark and removes the light making a dark image rimmed in light.

FYI

Does this filter depend on the foreground/background colors:  Yes. Background

This week the challenge is to use the diffuse filter. I had fun playing with this filter! The key is to set the background color (not the foreground color).

Here is the layout I made with the diffused photos.
The template is Sarah's #5 and the papers are from Jessica Bolton, but I recolored them to death. I always struggle with the orange in their uniforms. It always looks red to people, but it is orange!
