Beef Broccoli over Jasmine Rice

This was absolutely delicious! The video is below or here.  The ingredients are listed below.  I may be making this again some day, but may tweak it some more, trying a more "beef" flavor than a "chinese" favor, by simply using Worcestershire sauce instead of soy sauce.  Also, I will try to make the gravy a tad thicker.  I might also not add the broccoli to the meet but rather lay it on top straight to the plate.  In addition, some simple rice from a package would be faster and easier too!

Ingredients
3 lb. boneless beef chuck roast
Beef broth (can)
Soy sauce (about 1 cup)
Dark brown sugar (little less than a 1 cup)
Sesame oil
garlic cloves (6 minced)
Cornstarch (2 tablespoons - not enough, should double at least)
Broccoli florets
Jasmine rice

Sangria
White wine (1 1/2 cup) (Sauvingnon Blanc)
Strawberries (about 1 cup)
Pineapple (can, drained)
Lemonade (frozen, few spoonfuls)
Rum, flavored
Peach schnapps
Sugar (about 1/8 to 1/4 cup)
