Cheesy Toast Bread

I've had some requests again to do some more cooking videos.  It's something I never would have dreamed I would be doing because I'm not the best cook, but maybe folks can relate to that, so I'm excited to be able to record recipe videos from time to time.

Here's the recipe for this yummy cheesy toast bread.  Remember, I often do not measure when I cook, so just throw it in and play!

Butter bread.  Broil on both sides until toasty.

Mix:
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese (1 1/2 to 2 cups)
Squeeze of mustard (any flavor) (teas, tablespoon, or a bit more)
Squeeze of Worcestershire (teas, tablespoon, or a bit more)
Squeeze of mayonnaise (teas, tablespoon, or a bit more)
Plop of favorite herb (I used boxwood basil from my garden, but try cilantro) (teas, tablespoon, or a bit more)
Plop of favorite spice (I used lots of cumin!) (teas, tablespoon, or a bit more)
Finely chopped or minced onion (I used two slices of an onion)
1 egg yolk (no, sorry on the healthy white!  None of this is healthy!)
Pepper

Spread (or plop on with fingers) the cheese mixture and broil some more until bubbly and melted and slightly toasted.

Yum!
