Stuffed Peppers

 

I had never made stuffed peppers by cutting them in halves and now I think this may be the only way to do it!  I loved how the cheese toasted on top.  that was my favorite part!

Onion (sweet)

Baby Bella Mushrooms (sliced)

Olive Oil

Garlic (minced)

Roast Beef (thin sliced about 8 oz)
Provolone Cheese (8 slices)
Green Bell Peppers (2)
