Orange Slush with Peach Schnapps

2 cup sugar, 2 cup water (boiling), 1 3-oz. pkg orange jello, 1 46 oz can pineapple juice, 1 large can frozen orange juice, 2 tablespoons almond extract, 10 cup water.

Stir sugar into 2 cups boiling water. When dissolved add jello. When dissolved add all other. Freeze until slush, about 10 hours. Spoon into glasses.  I topped it with peach schnapps which is optional, but oh, so good.

I also added a bit of Goodman's Pure Orange Flavor which I found at the local Menards, but this is also optional. There are other brands of flavoring available in the stores or you might want to play around with a different flavor. I think almond flavoring is good in everything!

There are also other flavors of schnapps available or I might play (oh how I love to play!) with amaretto too.
