I saw this on Pinterest and thought it was a beautiful idea to add space to a small room.  The original image source went back to LinenChest.com, which I've never heard of before, where you can buy the racks for $14.95.   I have a shelf over a window in the kitchen I could use this on.  I'm wanting to get new window treatment soon anyway. I'll think on it.
