A first grade teacher decided to teach her class about plants. She began by telling her students that the poinsettia is a plant that symbolizes Christmas.
"Who can tell me what plant symbolizes Easter?" she asked.
One little boy's hand shot up immediately. "That's easy," he said. "It has to be the eggplant."
