Lesson 54 - Papers from Your Photos
This lesson is to encourage you to use your own photos and blending to make unique papers.
When I first recorded this video for the filter class, I realized that it would make a great lesson for the designer class!
You may need to skip the first part of the video and head to the end for this lesson.
You will see that I used my own photo to make papers. My papers are not recognizable as a photo, but often I do see papers that are blended softly enough that you can recognize the photo.
There are many free CU friendly textures out there if you just look for them. Here's a list of sites. Not all are CU friendly, so please check to TOU's.
I do not recommend just sharing your photos as is. Blend it with textures or apply brushwork to it. Consider a blended border. Make it unique!
