Flower Journal

I started my flower journal in a paper bound book in 2017, but decided it was time to take it digital because I would have more success in keeping it digitally than in written format, attempting to print out the photos. I loved the hard book and seeing it on the table, but I was always trying to catch it up. I needed to create it in a way it was more do-able for me. My initial goal was to simply record the date of first bloom each year and to adhere a photo. Now I will be able to expand to add more photos and more information on each page. I live in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, which is in Zone 6b. These pages are my digital flower journal. Click through the pages and be surprised or see the index below.

Garden and Patio Haven Video Playlist

I have been putting video snippets of my gardens on YouTube (see My Flower and Patio Haven playlist) since July 10, 2011! I invite you to go back and watch how my gardens have transformed and changed over the years. Some years I did weekly snippets because my gardens change every week! They are always evolving. My plan is to begin filming short videos of each flower to add to the individual pages.
