Not everyone likes Mexican food, but for some like me, I absolutely love it as long as it is mild. For this reason, this is one of the optional categories.

Oriental

Not everyone likes oriental food, no matter what the oriental nationality, so for this reason, this is one of the optional challenges.

Recipe Poems

There are a lot of fun poems out there about recipes, many of them are recipes in and of themselves (i.e. add one cup of love). This would be a great page to add to the inside cover of a book.
