105. Creating a Border Around Edge of Page (link to comment)

This lesson is to create a border around the edge of the page. The difficult part for most is getting it centered so all of the sides of the border are the same distance from the edge of the page. I took it a step further and did a stamping effect on the border. I do like clean thin borders and use them a lot in my layouts.
