I enjoyed reading this Hidden History article. I have seen these panoramic maps in the past. But now I know about the viewmakers and how they walked this city streets to hand draw from different perspectives to put together this map. They had to have a lot of imagination because the maps look like the perspective is from high. I can only imagine the artistic talent these viewmakers had. 

They also got to travel to a lot of places as their job. I can imagine all of the people they met along the way. On top of that some of these panoramic maps are now saved and enjoyed by many for years to come.
