LESSON 3C:  Creating and installing a fixed background

Blog Background - Fixed

This tutorial shares with you how to make and install a fixed background on a blogger blog.

Watch your eyes! This background was made quickly just for the use of this tutorial and is quite blinding and busy!

I forgot to mention that when I did the "save for web" for my background, I actually took the quality all the way down to zero to get the smallest sized file.

I could not get the background to be fixed while recording, so I looked up some code - try this:
background-repeat: no-repeat; 

Here is the coding to make the substance of the blog move rather than the background:
background-attachment: fixed; (I have extra text in front that I accidentally copied in the video that you won't need).
