Idleness

Idleness is better than nonchalance; the one does nothing, the other one does badly what it is doing. "
Do not feel guilty to do nothing, it's sometimes healthy. Anne Barratin

Anne-Marie shared this great quote with me this morning after I posted: I got nothing done this morning. So unlike me. I laid outside on patio, got stuck in bathroom three times, wrote in forum, read about color praying, saw some shared photos ... times up (time to go to work)! What! I'm going to tell myself not to feel guilty. Why do I feel guilty?

It is all about the attitude, intention, caring, and unconcern. Just being idle is healthy at times; Just being relaxed because you have no enthusiasm or care for anything around you is bad.

Yeah, justification!
