Lesson 9 - Mezzotint Filter

I talk for a while in this video tutorial, but mostly I share what mezzotint is in real life so you can better understand your ultimate goal with this very simple filter.

Does this filter depend on the foreground/background colors:  No.

I am enjoying reviewing the filters and playing with ways in which I can utilize them in layouts.

With teenage sons, I have always found that using filters is one way to please them with "cool" artistic layouts.

The mezzotint filter is applied to the upper right background photo.
