Last Sunday, the one who gave the children's sermon, brought up a pumpkin. She had already carved it with star eyes and a mouth like a fish. For the nose, she carved a cross. She called it a Christian pumpkin because when you look at it, you will always see the cross. The cross reminds us of Jesus Christ who is always there for you and who loves you. I think she got this idea from the internet where I found this poem.
