:00 o'clock - Choose 1 photo and 1 background paper. Make the photo fairly large on the page.

:10 o'clock - Cut a text title from the photo layer and move it over the background paper. Apply a blending mode to the title. Layer styles may be added to the title.

:20 o'clock - Write journaling.

:30 o'clock - Add a mat under the photo, big enough to leave a blank area to one side of the photo. Create three shapes and place them in the blank area. Grab three colors from the photo and fill the shapes.

:40 o'clock - Add elements to ground the mat and photo to the page (ie. ribbon).

:50 o'clock - Add any other elements to the page to finish.
