Does the weather ever effect your scrapping time?

When the weather is nicer and spending time outdoors is wonderful, do you find yourself scrapping more or less?

No to both. I seem to scrap whenever and where-ever. Garden occasionally intrudes on my scrap time but not too often. I enjoy lots of me - time now that the kids are off-hand........ lynnebears

Oh, yes it does. We have spring approaching here and the weather is warming up, so will be spending more time outdoors. When the weather is cold or wet I like to sit at my computer and scrap...with a cup of hot chocolate by my side. digiscrapper

Not really. I scrap whenever I feel like it, no matter what the weather. What will take me away are committments---and I try to keep those to a minimum. :o) NancyP

I don't like it when it is super hot, so you'll find me inside on the computer. But now that we have a privacy fence, and I have a zero gravity chair, I'd like to be outside more often. Of course, since I have a laptop, I can scrap outside LOL Dawn

Yes. Whenever there is beautiful weather, I would rather be outside. I wish I had my laptop fixed so I could scrap outside But I can hardly find time to do anything these days, I'm so unorganized. Photocrazy1579

Most definitely! I'm at the beach most nice summer days (and we have had a glorious summer this year in MA!) so I only scrap in early morning or at night if I'm not too tired from the beach. Hurricane Earl is due to come this way tomorrow and I'm actually looking forward to a rainy day so I can catch up on my scrapping! In the winter, I'm scrapping all day most days! Belle33

I'm not an 'outdoorsy' sort of person, and as we live on the corner of a busy crossroads, it's a bit noisy for sitting outside, so the weather doesn't affect my scrapbooking time. JanetMM

I am cemented to my computer and have no way to get off whether spring, summer or winter. (LoL) ccynden

It just depends on whether or not I have something going on! I even take my laptop with me over to the cabin at the river. That way if the mood strikes, I can go for it. I actually seem to get more done over there because I have no internet access. Lol pammyj

BTW, how am I supposed to get any scrapping done when you have all these wonderful resource links that I have to check out??? rofl One link leads to another and before I know it, it's time to leave for work. Pammyj

I do mine in the morning or at night, the grandchild come over often so I spend time with them or am at work. Jules

Weather doesn't affect my scrapping! I'm not an outdoors person anyway, so I scrap most any time that I can. lulubelle

I live in a country where the sun shines for most of the year so I scrap regardless of the weather. I did think that when I had my new laptop I would use it outdoors but unfortunately the bright sunlight makes it difficult to see the screen a1bjm

Nope, the weather does not affect my scrapping. If it's hot, i want air conditioning, if it's cold, i want my heat, and if it's just right dad blame it, i'm working… lovinlifegurl

Weatther does not effect my scrapping. The biggest effect is time. I scrap late at night after.............kids, oops grands, house work and the hubby are alseep. 204cg

I'm not really sure whether or not weather affects my scrapping or not. I've scrapped when it was hot and cold and rainy and sunny! LOL It's probably based more on my mood than the weather. Though, my mood is sometimes affected by weather. Justamommie

No, I scrap when ever I want.. the only thing that stops me sometimes is the fact that sometimes I have no power. The battery does not last long enough for me. I want one of those laptops someone told me about with a battery that lasts for 8 hours. I wonder if that was true. jodyt

Definitely less. I'll scrap early in the morning or later at night, but when the sun is shining and it's warm I am going to be outside for sure! Tammyshere

No I don't tend to scrap more or less depending on the weather. It's more what kind of mood I'm in. Like now, I'm more in the mood of listening to your video tips than in a creative mood to make a page Maggie
