The color picker can sometimes be confusing and there is a great tutorial in Course 1 about the color picker. This video shares another tip about the color picker and choosing colors.
When I first opened Photoshop Elements 9, the color picker through me for a loop! Has it confused you too? It is slightly different from previous versions of Photoshop Elements, but then again, not!
