We camped at Haw Creek Falls Recreation Area and took Highway 123 through Pelsor, to Highway 16, and thereafter turned onto County Road 1313, also known as Upper Falling Water Falls Road. (I found online directions that state "Turn onto FR# 1205/CR# 68/Upper Falling Water Road, but I am looking at Google maps to write my directions!) The falls are about 2.3 miles down the road and are directly next to the road.
Falling Water Falls is on Falling Waters Creek! Imagine that!
To get to Six Finger Falls, we continued traveling down County Road 1313 aka Upper Falling Waters Falls Road, which turns into It turns into County Road 1205, also known as Searcy 1 Hwy and Falling Water Falls Road. Six Fingers was also right off the side of the road, but not as easily visible through the trees. There were a lot of vehicles parked there which made it evident for us.

The waterfall is right on the side of the road, but we did park above the falls and walk down to them.

I read that the falls are 10 foot high.

The water was a beautiful green color while we were there.

At first we stood above the waterfall on the rocks and I did not realize you could walk around to get to the bottom of the falls. Then I saw others down there and wondered how to get down there and explored.

I could see this wooden ladder across the rocks on the other side and wondered why people would climb there. I also see a rope which I do not think is for swinging, but maybe holding on to as you climb. I really do not know!

This is a photo through the trees as I began to walk down the road to figure out how to get down.

I actually climbed down the wrong way! It was hard for this old short person, but I made it on my own. I should have walked a little further down the road as there was a place meant for going down. I found it when I went to go up. As I began to walk to the falls, I found this lovely rock shelf to walk under.

Hubby was still up on top of the waterfall with the dogs.

If it were later in the year and not in April, I SO would have gone swimming in that water!

There was actually a second waterfall down from the first, although not as big.

These are the rock steps I took going up that I should have taken coming down!

I love the photo of everyone lined up above the waterfall. It is so candid, and everyone is spread out.

I did not take this photo, but rather I am in it! Everyone but the photographer posed for a photo op. I did lighten his photo so we could see the people.

This is not my photo either, but from someone who did get in the water!

This is his view from under the wooden ladder pegs on the tree. Interesting.
Below begin the photos for Six Finger Falls.

This photo was taken after I walked down the trail a short bit. It is beautiful!

Look how wide those falls are!

Two of our group members went out in the water and I wish I had too! Regret is hindsight.

We both stood on this rock for a while to take in the beauty of the place. I had Miss Tizzy with me and he walked with Ria Skye.

There was a path downstream to view the waterfall from below as well.

While standing down stream, we watched our group member who was in the water find a spot that was not as shallow as he thought and it was a hoot to watch.

This starts my photos again. We continued on down the road and found this amazing view! Wow! It was impressive! We ended up at Richland Creek Campground where we stopped for lunch and then we parted as a group to head home.
