196. Ombré isn't just a Spanish Word!

I had no idea there was a trend of "ombré" until I read be Auacious's blog post.  It is a " graduation of color from light to dark."  Of course, I know how to use the gradient tool to create it, but I did not know it had a name!  If you do not know how to create the ombré effect for your digital scrapbooking pages, visit the "image source" link above for a tutorial (and a challenge.)

As someone who has taken years of Spanish in school and college, I read the word and immediately think hombre, which is slang in Spanish for "man."
