St. Louis Stadium

We had an opportunity to visit the new St. Louis Busch Stadium on August 30, 2019, when our son was deployed. The deployed soldiers were going to be shown on the screen. We took the time to drive all the way up there and take our seats when it started to rain and eventually, after we were there a while getting soaked, they canceled the game and we never got to see him on the screen. I miss the old stadium as I have good memories there. There was a "Straight A" program where high school students received two tickets to the Cardinals games. I received several and my Grandpa who was a big baseball fan would take me to the games. The new stadium was opened April 10, 2006, and this was my first time being there.
