Elks Lodge #369 Lake
We were invited to visit the Elks Lake here in Cape Girardeau and hang out all we wanted. I had never been down in there before because I had no association with the Elks, but I found it to be a peaceful place right on the edge of town. We visited on January 28, 2018. See the video as the water really does shimmer!
