Boze Mill and Spring

There is a beautiful Boze Spring at this location.

The spring water flows into the Eleven Point River. The trail from the parking lot to the Spring is about a quarter mile.

The spring travels through the hand-layered rock wall remnants from the Lucas Boze grist mill from the late 1800s.

The old turbine can also be seen laying in the water against the wall.

There is also primitive camping available at the Bozemill Float Camp.

To drive to Boze Mill and Spring, on Highway 160 at Riverton, travel east a little over a mile. There is no sign. Turn left onto County Road 152. The parking lot is 2.3 miles down this gravel road.

We drove Highway J back to Highway 60 and the Irish Wildnerness area is a beautiful forest drive.
