Wolf Bayou Unit of Black Island Conservation Area
We visited the Wolf Bayou Unit of Black Island Conservation Area on February 4, 2023. It has become "a thing" for us to visit every county for the website and there is next to nothing in Pemiscot County other than conservation areas mostly for marshy boaters who like to hunt. We did go to another nearby one as well that was not good at all.
I took this photo on the road out and I love it! Pemiscot County and the entire boot heel are all flat and all farmland.
Yep, flat and farmland!
We went to the first parking lot and did not get out to walk. This is the place where we turned left to go to the second parking lot which was a really nice area.
