Mineral Hills Conservation Area

Our trip to Mineral Hills Conservation Area in Putnam County, Missouri, on May 21, 2023, was extremely short. This place is a hunter's paradise with fast amounts of woods or forest areas with a few parking lots. You can camp at the parking lots, but there was no special view to sit and watch. The trail that we sort of saw was overgrown and probably full of ticks. Hunters would love this natural type of area and would suit up appropriately covered and sprayed down, but it was a little too rough for this person here.
